Need help finding leds!

I want to do this to my lights, just the leds around the projector lens, thats it. I just need some help finding where to get these, and also how hard it is to wire up. I don't want to pay to get this done!

Any and all help is greatly appreciated

I would suggest just hitting up IGT to get this done, but if you must try yourself...

http://www.superbrightleds.com/led_prods.htm

Those actually look like a couple flexible LED boards... I guess you can use 3 parts of a LED strip too...
