03-04' G's. Whats your lighting setups like? HID's/City Lights?
Hey guys, i am thinking about changing out the stock G's HID bulbs and getting some that are 6000k. And also finding some matching Wedge bulbs(i am guessing they are wedge bulbs) for the city lights to match perfectly.
Any suggestions on which HID's will give me that light bluish' hue- to white?
I am looking for it to look like the old setup on my car back in 02'.
I want the headlights and wedge bulbs to match or be close to this color.
This was phillips D2s bulbs i believe, or D2Rs... i forget... but preludes headlights too were non projectors with reflectors exactly like G35s in 03-04.

If you go with 6000 Temp bulbs, you will need similar fog/high temp to match it closely.03-05 did not have city lights,(which are in the fog light housing on the 06-07's.
The clearance bulbs would be either 168/194, or LED's.
I used MTEC's for my fog/high setup. I originally had MTEC super white 4350 temp bulbs, which matched the stock HID pretty well.
I complemented them with PIAA Extreme White bulbs for my clear corner and clearance strip.
I then changed out the MTEC's to cosmos blue...4750 temp. These would probably match the 6000 range HID's a little better, but they are less powerful than even the stock fog bulb.
The first pic is with the original setup, the second is with the MTEC 4750 cosmos blue bulbs. The third pic is my PIAA Extreme white bulbs
Good luck with your decision
