the bulbs are realatively cheap and easy to install. If you
buy a few and don't like them, it won't be a complete disaster.
Also i'm sure they wouldn't sell anything too rediculous in festoon.
You can easily spend over $200 trying different bulbs here and there...

They are nice, but there is a slight blue i want to ditch. I know SMT's are as close to pure white as you can get. I want to swap over to them, but unsure just how many SMT's per LED i sshould go.

I gues i could always sell off what i dont use. I'm sure i'd find buyers
The whitest bulbs I've found so far are the 16 and 20 m-smt from vleds.com but keep in mind that although these can get close to white, they are still based off of a blue light.

Here's where I got mine from; Eclipseyourcar.com (916)-334-5500
There based in Sacramento and can have it shipped out to you as fast as you placed the order. I did my license plate, front parking light on the bumper , the parking light bulb in the high beams, and the interior. They look sweet! I can honestly tell you after ordering cheap ones online and having to go through them quite a bit, I realized that there is a difference in the quality of the led's. Call them up and ask them. They'll give you some insights on why their led's are better than the one's that you can get cheap online.

That's where I got most of mines from and they too have been going out on me. I got tired of having to call the company up, packaging the led's, scheduling pickup's,......damn! I got a hold of this company "Evolution Concepts" in Sacramento, Ca. Eclipseyourcar.com (916)334-5500. I came across them at a car show I went to. They were giving demonstrations on the led's which were very helpful because I didn't know that the led's were produced differently. Anyways, you gotta call them up or visit their website.
Oh by the way, unlike superbrightleds.com where there led's were produced in China, Evolution has theirs made in Taiwan: the leading country in Led's.

Damn man, youv'e only made four posts on this board and they all focus around a specific shop where you bought your led's. Either be more sly with your advertisements or move on from this upgrade and check out some others.

their **** ain't so cheap either. i emailed them about their D31 lights in Xenon white - want to know the brightness and color - 'cause they don't specify it. the lights i got from v-leds.com are 7000k and are a bit too blue/purple for my taste.

Here's the info i got from www.iJDMTOY.com - they emailed me back today:

The D31mm LED bulbs equips with 4 Super White LED emitters which is rated for 2000+ mcd each, so equal to around 100 lum of lighting output. The color is rated for 6000K. You can order the D31mm LED bulbs from our website at http://www.ijdmtoy.com/webpage/products/d31mm.htm
Sounds pretty good - 2cd (100lum), 6000k - i ordered 3 sets. let's see if they are not as annoyingly purple as the ones i have now. might bit hella bright - we'll see.
