ended up using a cloth meant for cleaning glasses. Unfortunately there were some very tiny glass shards that ended up scratching my reflector, although the scratches aren't too bad...

Had to open the headlight up like you guys suggested - man the dust was EVERYWHERE. I spent about 45 minutes cleaning the inside.

Seems like the seller will give me a refund, but I have to send him back the bulbs...argh...I just hope the shipping doesn't end up costing me as much as the damn bulbs did...

I have yellow Luminics in my foglights for 1 year now, nothing wrong with mine...

Crazy....
