man this last 2 weeks been very annoying for me, her fukcing insurance company is stating that i was speeding and only willing to cover 80% of the damages and i would have to cover the other 20%. I was not issued a speeding ticket, thats just what the other driver stated and her insurance company is trying to use that against me. I'm so pissed right now, gonna call my insurance company 2morrow and prob just claim collision. What do you think I should do?

btw- her insurance company says she has a witness....the witness's last name matches the driver's last name and she was also in the car....i just laughed, i go i can pay a random person or a friend to lie and say that they witnessed it to, then she stays quiet again.
