sorry guys been busy working, so here's the update, I havent spoke to her insurance for like 3 weeks now and decided to go through my own to save the time and hassel...they finally came and picked up the car yesterday as I was waiting for the check in the mail...my local dealer will be doing the repairs,at first I was planning on taking it to a friends garage but then I went ahead and just chose the dealer to make sure everything was 100% right. As far as her insurance, mine(Geico) cutt me a check and will take care of the problems with the other party's insurance. I believe my agent told me that they are going to sue her insurance for their money back or something like that? Honestly, I just want to get this over with and have my car back, the collision shop quoted me atleast 3-4 weeks of repairs. Now I'm debating wether I want to dump $$$ in more aftermarket parts or just fix it and drive it for a few months then trade it in? I'll keep this thread updated once the car is back in my hands. I would trade it in, iv had 2 cars with accidents already and always give problems, that looks like other things could go wrong possible in the future. Frame damage and other things can occur in the future. And things like minor frame damage cannot really be detected by human eye. But still the value of the car is going to decrease because the carfax is now screwed ;}
Was the rim checked for warp or any bending? I had the same problem with the exact similar accident i had i didnt find out for 3 months later my rim was bent causing vibrations.

don't know if i posted in the right section but watever...
Well, where do I start? Went to the club last night with my boy, I dropped him off at his house around 2:40AM...I was about one block away from my house when all of a sudden this stupid b*tch comming from the opposite side of the road decides to make a left turn into a burger king, I was doing about 30mph(speed limit is 35) and I couldnt stop in time. I slammed on my brakes and next thing you know the airbag blows right in my face. I blacked out for a good minute...Her and 2 dudes in the car jumped out and basically comfronted me and tried to fight me, I kept my cool and called the Police, then also my boy that I dropped off since he was a couple houses down. Police came and took both sides of the story. They stated that it was her fault, also arrested her for DWI. I did call Tripple A to come tow the car but after waiting for about a good 30 mins, the police asked if I wanted to drive home since it was up the block, I agreed and man I never felt so upset in my life, Sh*t was flying off the car, I can hear myself running over the rest of the passenger side headlight. I'm so pissed right now, I bought the car November 17,2007, I did'nt even have it for a year yet and also this is the second Infiniti I crashed! I totaled my 04 G35C on November 11, 2006 now my 37 November 1, 2008! Contacted both mine and her insurance this morning, They are sending an Agent over monday morning to check out the car....judging by the pics, do you guys think its totaled?
