Mtec 4750k h4

I was wondering if these Mtec 4750k H4 will be fine for my 03-05 fog lights. The output for teh stock fog lights are 55k and the mtec 4750k take in 55k and put out 100k. Would this be fine or would this blow out some of my fuses?
here is an example of the ones i want

I have the MTEC's Cosmos Blue bulbs installed now. There is no problems with wattage. My bulbs unfortunately lasted a little over a year. Then the drivers side fog element failed....High beam still worked, so I knew it was the fog element that broke. I don't know if I just got a bad bulb, but My MTEC super whites's lasted way longer and were still working when I replaced them out with the Cosmos.
