I got my super white reverse bulbs from superbrightleds.com. Good vendor, good prices and have bought bulbs from them in many occasions. They're lit up a bright white with a hint of blue.

These are what I have in my '06

They are bright and white. Even with tinted windows i can still see behind me with them on.

They aren't as bright as the halogen bulbs though, but they are pretty damn close. The color is also more white, and doesn't have as much blue in it.

You aren't going to find LED retrofit bulbs that are brighter without going with an SMT board inside the housing like the Caddy's have. These bulbs just don't have enough LED's....yet.
