I have a 2006 coupe and I ordered D2S 6000K replacement bulbs already to swap out the yellowish OEM projector headlights. For the fogs I ordered H1 Nokya yellow bulbs that I'm assuming will work as the fogs and then the brights will just be yellowish? And I'm going to remove the off-white city lights (the little wedge bulb in the foglight housing under the projector).

Anyone done something similar?

 

the brights on the 06+ headlights are a part of the projector, it is a bixenon design which moved the cutoff shield out of the way to projector more light further out when you use the highbeam function. I've removed the city lights within weeks of having the car.
