Dead HID, help with diagnosis
So the other night in a freak Winter storm here in Phoenix, I hit a decent sized puddle, and aside from the car taking a slurp from the pond and sputtering for two days above 2500 RPM, everything seemed fine.
The headlight was fine that night, but in the morning, it was DOA. I just opened up the back cover and the seals look ok and it looks dry as a bone in there. So help, I looked for fuses but did not see any in the normal places, I searched the forum to only find a couple threads that did not seem to be relevant.
The car sucked in water due to the CAI so the water as far as I can tell splashed up into the engine bay, but did not flood it. And like I said before the light worked the rest of the ride home, but was not working in the AM.
Thanks.
