Fellas need advice on lighting!

I have an 04' G Coupe with 06' Projector Headlights I want to upgrade to 8500k Crystal Blue I used my stock ballast on 06' Projectors.

What brand should I go with ?

Can I keep using my stock ballast ?

If you guys could refer me to a link it would be much appreciated.

Yes you can use your ballast from your old headlights, if that is what you are asking...The ballasts on all the G coupe headlights for any year are the same. And the ignitors connected to them are socketed for a D2S bulb, so as long as whatever bulb you buy is "D2S" you will be set.

But I can't give you advice on blue lights because that isn't "my thing"

I have PIAA super cobalt 6600K's and I love them... they have lasted well over 2 years with never a problem, but were $400 for the set. CarGym.com sells 8000K Lumenux (not Lumenex brand) bulbs for like 50bucks but i think they are ****... plasma garage sells 8000K and 10000K GE 'philips replica' bulbs which are decent. My buddy just got the 8000K's overnighted and he loves them... I think they were like 160bucks - crystal blue like you are looking for... and as always the infamous 6000K Philips Ultinons that everyone seems to have (200bucks).... stock ballasts work for either D2R (reflector style 03-05) and D2S (projector style 06+)...

a good H1 fog light match are the new PIAA Spark 8000K's which match pretty well with the 8000K's xenons

I'm glad someone said it... ballasts and igniter are the same. It's the headlight housing itself that's different.
