Return everything to stock bulbs.
Replace with VLED bulbs 1 at a time.
Test each bulb before you reassemble components.
A VLED bulb will not work if the polarity is reversed.
Make sure that the bulb's lead are aligned correctly in the socket.
Disconnect then reconnect the neg battery terminal if things act weird.
It turned out one of the turn signals kept blowing the "tail light" fuse. I had to use pair of needle-nose pliers to make the little metal pieces (not sure what they are called) on the bulbs straight so they don't touch the other copper pieces inside the socket. However I still have a few problems they persist. I can't believe so many things are connected to that one fuse.

I'm thinking I might have to try the resistors that V-LEDs use. Does anybody know how I can get to the BCM?

Ya i was gunna say the resistance of an LED is not the same as an incandescent. Line resistors should fix the blinker problem, the dome and sunvisor lights are most likely a fuse blown.

The resistors seemed to do nothing, once again they stay on but won't blink.
