LED Fogs

Did any of you guys replace the fog light with LEDS? I just wanna do it for cosmetic purposes and dont intend to drive with them on. But I ordered the H1 from VLED and it doesnt fit through the opening into the headlight assembly. What did you guys do?

The 03-05 G35's actually use a H1 bulb, not sure about the later years.

I know the 06 uses a H1 bulb because it fits in the connector and works and all. But my problem is that it won't fit back into the headlight assembly. You see, the hole for the bulb to fit into the headlight assembly is a small rectangular space. The stock bulb seems to be a "slim fit" bulb to get in there. But the H1 VLED bulb is too large to fit through the space. I was wondering if someone has managed to do this on the 06+ coupes. If so, was it a different type of bulb you used or did you have to dremel the opening?

Just dremmel or sand it until it fits, for my turn signals I only needed to sand it a bit.

That was the thing I most wanted to avoid but I guess there are no other suggestions and I'm all out of options at this point. Thanks for the input VIET
