Want to replace foglamps 04 coupe

Hello everyone new to the site. As you can see from the title you know what I can want to do. It's my understanding the fog is H4 but what I am concerned with is "how to get to the bulb?" If it's not to much trouble I may upgrade the HID headlights that are on there now too. Can anyone shed some "light" LOL on the subject?
Thank you in advance I will check back often.
Respectfully,
Dusty

I would recommend just getting the 06 lights as the output is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better IMO!

It's a bitch to get at the bulbs with the wheels on, but it can be done. I just installed HID fogs/highbeams last night, but I had the wheels off already so it was much easier.

Here is a link to replacing the headlamps if you end up going that route:

https://g35driver.com/forums/lightin...ple-steps.html

If you don't do that then the easiest is to remove the front wheels and remove the wheel well lining to get to the bulb. If you can't take off the wheels then you will need to turn the wheel in toward the motor and peel back the lining to get to it. No matter how you do it, it's kind of a pain.

Ok so it looks like the wheels will be coming of than....I can always use concrete blocks to support the car I looked up the 06 headlights and i see about 400 bucks....which is a little more than i wanted to spend especially sense my car has HID lights now and I can just upgrade the bulbs in the fogs and in the headlights can get the same effect right? Also I am looking at upgrading the cabin lights to the LED and found these http://store.ijdmtoy.com/product-p/pkg_infiniti_05.htm
are they any good and if so are they hard to install?

The 06 lamps are projector beams instead of the rear reflected design of the 04, and they take different bulbs, 04 = D2R and 06 = D2S. Not only do they look better on the car but they do a much better job of lighting the road as well. You can change the type of fogs you have to try to match the color temperature of the HIDs but it's almost impossible to get an incandescent bulb to exactly match an HID.
