Long story short,
When I bought my 06 coupe last year, the dealer I bought it at (not an Infiniti dealer) said just as I was about to pick it up that they just had to do something with the DRL's (daytime running lights), some rewiring or something I dont know. Anyway after seeing other G's out there on the road I realized that my HID's are ALWAYS on, and the DRL's only come on when I forward click the light switch.

So basically its backwards, where the HID's are acting as the DRL's and the DRL's are acting as the HID's should be. I have the service manual so I was wondering if someone can either explain how I can fix this problem here on the message board or point me in the right direction in the service manual.

ps. The reasons I haven't gone back to the dealer is for one its way too far, and two I really hate the clowns that work there and swore I wouldnt ever go back there no matter what I needed.

your car should still be under warranty so you might want to go get it checked out by them.
