LED lights dying

Im having a problem with my led lights starting to flicker and then die. I think it has to do with over voltage. My g35 is a 2004 coupe. I tested the voltage with the car on and off and i found that when the car is on another 2 volts is added to a total of 14 volts. it should stay around 12volts for the leds. Anyone know where the fuse might be for the front side marker lights and the front clearance lights?

FYI: The dome light fuse is inside left of the drivers side.

I plan to add a resistor shown here: http://stores.shop.ebay.com/US-Home-...r-Flasher.html

ts a 25 Ohm, 25 Watt Load Resistor. Think that's enough? just trying to lower the voltage when the car is on.
