Did you buy the 12" strip for this? I'm debating between the VLED 12" LED strip and the "s5-style" LED strip that HELLA OEM put on his bumper. I plan on using my clearance strip as DRL's, so output is important.

Are those VLED strips as bright as they look in the pics during the day? How do they compare to the real Audi LED's?

They are strong, but not as strong as the audi ones... you'll prolly have a hard time finding ones that strong. good luck

wow looks great ive been trying to do that led strip for a long time now i just havent got to it. i was going to make my purchase from vleds too but glad to know its possible because i wasnt sure
