Tail light: Baking or Cutting????

Im planning to paint my tail lights at my shop with the super shiny gloss black. Im going to do it next week but I was wondering on how to open the tail lights. I had to bake my head lights but do I have to do the same for the tails? Iv'e tried searching but threads that showed some people painting their tails showed up. If baking it, shouldnt be a problem for me. If cutting, I will have someone else do it for me as I am not good at being steady (i tend to twitch a lot). Also if cutting, what kind of glue should i use to reseal?

Yep, you gotta cut em open. You can use epoxy to reseal them. I used a loctite 5 min epoxy and its worked great for the better part of 2 years now.
