Are the hightbeams "3002" the same bulbs as the upper running lights? I recently ordered from autolumination.com for hight beams and they totaly messed up my order and sent me the running lights instead.. So im thinking of just throwing my HID's from the top to the buttom and running my new ballest set on the top..

Hopefully thats not too confusing...
