Ouiespu HID kit?
Anyone familiar with the quality of this HID kit brand? i have a friend selling thisOuiespu digital hid kit for 100$..all i know is its made in China..any recommendation for HID kits?

all hid kits are the same
to know the quality,
first check the sound of ballast once when its on
second compare weight with other ballast

I can get cheap ballast for $6 and they suck
