wondering if any of you have any pics of H.I.D's installed in your 06-07 Fogs on the coupe?
also need help on wondering how many Kalvin's should i get to match my 06 projector headlights. i know we run 4300k, but what would you guys recommend, 5k or 6k?

It's not recommended to run HID kits in the fogs because it will cause glare to oncoming traffic.

Why would you think 5000K or 6000K would match the OEM 4300K?

 

I've got a set that is supposedly 4500k and the difference in color compared to the headlight is obvious. It doesn't look bad though and basically blends together at a distance. Anything higher would stand out and look cheap IMO. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures.

 

oh well im planning on getting some philips 6k then get some hid 6k too so well see

 

5k and definitely 6k is NOT going to match the OEM 4.3k - not even close.

6k is going to look "RICE" blue all the way.

Come on, lets not be lazy. A quick search on GOOGLE will yield plenty of different types of color temp charts where you can see exactly what the differences (relative) will be. Do your homework!
