Headlights WTF is this? Pictures in side....
Just got a set of 2006 headlights and was wondering what these things are?
I took them off the 2003 headlights and moved them over to the 2006.. But are they the correct Voltage or correct part for the 2006 headlights?

But your reflector bulbs (D2R) from the 2003 headlights shouldn't be used in the 2006 projector setup, even if you can get them installed (the bases might be different). If they fit, you may have diminished light output or an incorrectly aligned projection. Buy D2S bulbs for your projectors.
BTW, I'm jealous, along with every other Sedan owner. We can't just buy an OEM projector setup.
thanks guys once again you've come to the rescue . As for the ds2 bulbs their the ones not made for the 06s right? My lights came with bulbs but you ordered some 8k ones . By the way do I need to re aim these?
No, the D2S IS made for the 06 projector. D2R is for a reflector housing. And if you're getting 8K's, you'll have diminished light output compared to the bulbs it came with (4300K). Any bulb with a Kelvin higher than about 5200 starts to emit light into the ultraviolet range, which isn't visible to the human eye. Your total lumens at 8K won't change (it's still a 35W bulb), but your visible lumens definitely will. Personally, I think a 6000K is a better bulb. It still gets you a nice, blue-ish color while maintaining most of the OEM's visible light output.
