7443 sockets from ebay?

So for those of us not interested in scavenging our old 03-05 headlamps for the 7443 socket to have the always on turn signal we like in our 06-projectors, I found these on ebay:

7443-socket with wires

I ordered mine yesterday, I hope to have them for the weekend. I want to get my 06-projectors in soon. My 04's are getting horrible.

feel free to comment if you have experience with these or if you think I am barking up the wrong tree. Worse case, I am out $15.

well i got one of two in the mail saturday, hopefully the other one shows up...The product looks good, the price isnt too bad ($15 shipped for two), but they dont fit into the OEM 7440 socket. Mind you these aren't sold as direct replacements. So I have to make the decision to see about using my sockets from the the 04 housings or making these fit. Either way I have to cut/splice wires, but now I may have to modify the housing a little bit.

I dont know anywhere else to get an infiniti 7443 socket as I do not think they are sold seperately from the dealer and I'm not too crazy about the taking it from my 04 housing because I want to sell them once they are removed and cleaned up. I think my best solution is to do nothing and return them, or make it work. it just needs a little dremil action on the housing and maybe on the new 7443 sockets I ordered.

I'll do what I can to update and maybe make a DIY out of it if I get to it work, otherwise I'll be posting a warning to not use my methods.
