Looking for a how-to for this mod, i hate that ALL my interior lights are pure whiteness and my ignition ring is yucky brown.

I pulled off the surrounding ring, but after that i couldn't spend enough time to remove the clear plastic part. Looks as though there is only one bulb. Anyone do this before???

Next plan is to replace the light in the clock

Clock light is easy. A few people have done the key light. I've never seen a DIY for it though. I'd imagine it require removal of the cluster.

 

It's not hard, just pop off the black plate surrounding it, and push the white trim piece out. There will be a little baby bulb, you can probably remove the little "condom" on the light bulb.

Mine recently went out so I've been meaning to change it.
