Headlight is effed up...

I have been recently been playing around with my headlights, changing the bulbs. The first bulbs I used were 6k bulbs bought from DDMtuning. I drove with them and I realize that my right side doesn't produce as much light output compare to my left one, so I switched the bulbs to Philips 6k D2R. Once again, my light output on my right side comes up short compare to my left one. My left one produces beams, while my left one just lights up if you know what I mean. At this point, I'm starting to think it isn't the bulbs, and that it might be my headlights. Does anybody know what could be going on and any advice to fix this? If you guys want pics, let me know, I'm lazy right now lol.

P.S. My left headlight was replace in an accident 2 years ago.

It was replaced by the OEM part. I don't know if they are aimed correctly or not.

that could be your problem...if its a projector then thr is a adjuster screw park infront of a wall and turn your headlights on and screw it till they are both aimed right...cuz it could be that 1 headlight points RIGHT down so it doesnt help you see beter, im sure if you are on good terms with your stealership they will aim your headlights for free...or at least check it out and let you know whats wrong with it.
