Angry hid's installed on fog/high beams problem...

ok so now that i installed the kit when i pull my stalk back the low beams come on as if they are flashing. is this normal ? i also hear the bulbs moving forward n backward when i pull on the stalk but the hid's in the fog/high beams wont turn on. i have to pull the fender wells out again and check all my connections. could it be the fog light fuse ? the hid kit is a high low kit and it connects to one of the factory h4 plugs to sense when the high beams are being engaged.

the kit came with a relay built into the harness/connector. its funny because i hear the bulbs moving in and out (for fog/high beams) but the bulbs won't come on. also i have an 03 sedan with factory hid low beams. ive never noticed that the low beams flash when you use the stalk to temp put on the high beams when all the lights are off. the fuses are next to the battery on that plastic piece on the positive side ?

im not sure if the fog light fuse is blown. when i turn on the fog lights the relay clicks, when i pull the stalk for highbeams the bi-xenon bulbs move and i can hear it. i just dont know why they wont turn on.

you got the bixenon right? make sure the wiring is right. my friend had this happen on his dodge ram truck cuz they got control modules for everything so the HID kit wouldnt work.

are the low beams supposed to flash when you pull on the stalk ? its really buggin me out. i checked the fuses by the battery and everything is good. i have to get back into the pass side fender well and my wheel lock key broke as i went to take the wheel off so ill have to get a new one from al's hubcaps in the am. like i said the relays all click. the relay clicks when i put the fogs on and when i pull the stalk for the high beam flash. wierd. its a vvme kit.

it ended up being that the ballasts were made all screwy... i had to reverse the polarity on the ballast input.
