2003 Headlight Help!!

I have an 03 coupe. After drawing one too many lines from the factory foglight ballast to convert to aftermarket HID. I blew the circuit. I was just working too fast and broke all my rules. Nonetheless, can anyone guide me to the proper locations from the headlight/fog light relays and fuses. I've looked at the driver kick and engine compartment to no avail.

Help Please!!

There's a third fuse box behind the battery

Ok, is it accessible without removing the battery?

Let me know how it turns out. I have a similar issue. My passenger side low beam is out and it wont come back on. I have an 03 coupe with the 06 headlights. I had H.I.D.'s as well but Im using the factory ballast. At first it would go out and if I tapped the headlight housing it would come back on. Now its completely out. The bulbs are relatively new so I'm hoping that its just a short or blown fuze or something of that nature

There is a panal behind the battery cover in the top left corner that borders the windshield. If you remove that, the fuse box is against the fire wall. My foglight fuse was blown.
Problem now is only my driver lights come on, the passenger doesn't work at all.
