DDM Tuning replacement bulbs?
I just had a factory HID D2R burn out. DDM tuning has replacements for cheap, really cheap. Has anyone used DDM to replace factory HIDs? I dont want to buy expensive replacements because I plan to swap out to 06 projectors after taxes.
I have one of their Bi-Xenon H4 kits for the high/fogs, and havent had any problems yet.

if your going to only use them for a short while then any HID bulb will do.... so yes DDM should be just fine. Its long term and overall color/brightness people start worrying about, but since your swapping out in about 4 months DDM is more then enough.
if your DDM have gone 4 months w/o problems i dont see why they should be good for the long run.
When i bought my HID bulbs for my older car, DDM wasn't around. Those bulbs are still good till this day ( about 4 years now). As long as you dont touch the bulb or play with them, by play i means flick them on and off to see how nice they are and make them flicker they should be good for the long run. DDM bulbs and kits are pretty decent around most car forums, mainly for their price. As long you dont get the bi-xenon ones you should have NO problems what so ever. The Bi-xenon kit makes "eyelashes" or something along those lines, we have a post in the sedan section with guys with pictures and etc. But for the bulbs they seem to last.
