I'm looking to replace my fog lights to get rid of the dull yellow and get a white or maybe bluish tint foglight color

I looked at the Lamp replacement guide thread, and found this ebay listing

You pick the color and the bulb type you need (he has H4 listed) but one thing I'm not sure about is the dual filament part. I still gotta contact him and ask.

My question is, has anyone tried this seller before or these type?

I've tried searching, but most of the stuff people link are from old listings that have expired.

Anyone know any other good fog HIDs that are similar to that price? (ebay preferably or any place that accepts paypal)
