Another dreaded dome light problem

same thing happened to mine. i was changing to led and then my dome wouldn't come on at all. i disconnected the neg battery terminal, replace the bulbs back to stock. no the dome light will work when i push it, but not wen i open the door. every light works inside the car, even the courtesy light under the door.. the only one that doesn't work is the dome, when i open the door or take out the key.
i heard it might be the BCM, but all the other lights work. for 700+ to replace the bcm, i might just live with the problem. but if anyone has any other suggestions, im open

I'm having the same issue as well. Just replaced all the interior lights with LED's and now the passenger dome light does not come on when I open the door. Thought it was maybe a bulb issue so i switched the driver and passenger side but that didn't help. I can live with it but it would be nice if they both came on...It seems like a fairly common issue, someone should have a fix.

Sounds like a BCM problem? Try changing the bulbs to the stock ones and see if the problem persists. LED's use less power than bulbs so it might confuse the BCM.
