Installing third brake light (inside cabin)

Has anybody done this? How hard is it to do? Are there wires that are pre-wired for the third brake light?

search, ive seen a few DIY's. i dont know much about it though bc i have an 05 with the factory spoiler

A better question would be does the spoiler brake light and the cabin brake light both plug into the same hole?
