Euro Style Running Strip

I was thinking about buying these off ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-Whi...item2a113cd9c0

I was wondering what everyone's opinions on these types of lights were. Also, where would you guys suggest wiring them too? and does anyone have any pics of them on their cars?

Put it in the clearance strip?

Im thinking of doing it after trying out just replacing the stock clearance bulb with an LED bulb, but didn't really like the light output.
