how do i tell what I have on my 2004 Coupe.?

I do have a ballast (square thing that hangs from the light) (pic #3) yes im a novice. it looks like the attached pic

my dealer parts guy said my VIN says i have halogen. But if i have the ballast would it not be HID xenon.?

I attached my headlights (pic #1)and the lable that was on the top of the rubber seal info (pic #2)

can anyone help me determine what i need to look for to get them replaced? OF course I dont want to pay dealer prices. and would like to get the already blacked out headlight

WELL I GOT MY ANSWER after 3 calls to the dealer and giving my vin 3 times I kept saying i have a ballast how can i have Halogen for i have the ballast they finally said i have XENON and D2r bulbs see attached (pic #3%4)

on the corner of the lens theres a small imprint of the bulb type. but yea all coupes came with hids. only sedans had halogens

 

Is that overlays in your headlights? (i know off topic). If so, do you have any other shots of the front of your car/headlights? Im considering getting those exact overlays and you have the same color car as me so im trying to see how it would look

 

no i had them painted. Company called COLORS ON PARADE they do mobile PAINT JOBS come to you... 50.00 per light. They used paint for plastic so they said.
