Spoiler light removal

Hello, I'm new to G35's so bear with me.
I just picked up an 03 Sedan with almost 70k miles.
After a week the CD player fried on me, which as I have read is not a cheap/easy thing to fix or work around.
Next thing I noticed is that the spoiler brake light is missing a few LED's.
Since I need inspection very soon, I need to replace it asap. I tried removing the 3 screws but can't get a good angle on them and I almost stripped a few of them out.

Do I have to remove the spoiler first? How do I go about removing the spoiler? I only see 1 nut on each side and a bunch of 3M tape, but I'm afraid to pull too hard. I took the deck lid carpet out and can't see any logical way to remove any other bolts. What is holding the spoiler on?
Thanks!

Anyone know where I can get the spoiler ligh itself, spoilerlights.com doesn't show the size I need for my 03 sedan.
