Evening everyone. Just got my G35 a few weeks ago. Ended up buying from a friend of mine that was going to trade it in. It's a 2007 G35S. So far, i'm loving it, but have a question on the two lights that appear to come on while driving at night.

Are these two lights always on or is there a way to turn them off. They are dim and just light up the center console, but I'm still used to a pitch black car and just curious if there is a way to disable these at night.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Ambient lighting. No way to turn them off as far as I know nyou can take the pod apart and pull the bulb or cover the hole.

What interior accent kit did you happen to get?

 

interior footwell accent lighting. they are an option and can be purchased from the dealership. they are the same color as the ambient dome light.
