I'm thinking of putting LED underglow under my car. I think the neon tubes dont looks that great, but the LED can look great. I currently have neon tubes mounted in the foot wells. I have a black on black G with red tubes. Here are some pictures, sorry for the poor quality, i took them with my cell phone. Ive been meaning to take better pictures, but havnt had a chance. When your sitting in the car you cant see the tubes at all. In order to see the tubes you have to bend over. The neons turn on whenever the doors are opened, and there is a switch to turn them on while the doors are closed.

which switch did you use? I hav neon and need a switch. But it's hard to find...I accidently bought soft push on button(I have to keep pushing the button to let light stay on..
So for now, I have no switch..so it turns on whenever I start my car. mine is also red. on IP car.

I used a flip switch. Up turns it on permenantly, and down has it only turn on when the door are opened. I mounted the switch right next to the hood release, so that is also hidden. I will go take some pictures and post some a little bit later.

And Skeleton, they think the neons are wicked pissa! Especially when I'm parrrked. haha. Californians would say theyre hella cool.

I think neons would look cool if they were timed to blink with the bass or something, but of course it wouldn't be for all situations that's why they invented ON/OFF SWITCHES

a little humor i found from an unknown artist from maxima.org a long long time ago:

rice rice baby... dun dun dun dun~~

all right, STOP! collaborate and listen. rice is back with a brand new invention.
cut springs, hugging the road tightly, six inch exhaust tips blowing really loudly.
do i ever stop? NO! i don't know, turn on the neon lights and i'll glow.

relax fellas... if you want to put on 15" spinner hubbies then by all means go for it. it's your car, it's your taste... suit your buds with what you think looks lovely.
