My HID bulbs aren't shining. What's the easiest way to tell which part of the assembly is the part that is inoperable. The bulb, the ballast, or the ignitor (not sure which part this is, the silver part attached to the cable that connects to the ballast?). Are there points that I can use a voltmeter on? Or should I just replace one piece at a time?
