stage 5 would be redo the gauges because there are just too many hot spots.. i'm think i'm just going to put the regular bulbs back then plaster on the blue film on the back of the gauges.. then it'll be nice and even. oh yeah and i gotta finish the door switch lights.. then i'll be done... FINALLY....

anyways for the A.c display i just dremeled out the center part of the orange cover then i put on 3 layers of blue film on top of it.. and reinstalled everything.. i was afraid it wouldn't turn out good but being the guinnee pig it turned out better than expected... check out the pix..

here are my other threads for the interior lights.

beautiful. great job. a couple questions if i may:
1. how many hrs total were invested?
2. how much was the total cost?
3. how bright is the illumination?
4. do you think it would tire eyes after a while (at night?)

accordfreak has had other threads showing how he did the other changes. The hardest part appeared to be the center console where he had to solder in something like 30 tiny blue LED's in place of the orange ones. Yikes!

thanks for the comments everyone...

total hours? i dunno i started a couple months back.. and worked on it on and off..
total cost.. probably under 100
it's bright in person.. except for the gauges during the day.. i have to change it back to regular bulbs and slap on the blue film instead.. but at night it looks good.
my eyes are loving it every night heheh
