LED Strip Install - Blowing Fuses

Hey everyone,

I just purchased a few things from vleds.com and ijdmtoy.com. I currently have LEDs in my side markers, and parking lights. I am also installing LED strips and tapped into the parking light, that way it will come on only when the headlights are used...however, I keep blowing the fuse, so obviously it's too much and the fuse cant handle it. What other things can I tap into? I DONT want to have them on as DRL's...

I think I should be able to run it to the fuse box and connect it to the actual parking light fuse without blowing it, right?

Thanks for the help!

LED's draw in milliamps. It'll take a few thousand to blow a fuse. You have your wires crossed somewhere.

x2, you've either got wires crossing or your power wire's exposed somewhere. doublecheck the whole run, that can be a fire hazard.
