I have a 2003 g35 sedan, I wanna switch out the back reverse tail lamps to a newer style.
Like the 2005 or 2006 circle reverse lights.

Will they fit? Can I put them on with my 03 stock tail lights?

 

yes they will fit no problems. Many people have done this mod, including myself

you mean the outer tail lights? if so no, you dont have to.

yes, they are both interchangeable. any of the years will fit. 03-04 can swap with 05-06 and vice-versa. the fronts are not interchangeable and the rear bumper (only with some modification will it fit).
