My left reverse light is not working. I am running 5w Cree leds. The LEDs are fine, I tried swapping from side to side and the one on the right side always works. Does any one know what the problem is? Do they operate on seperate fuses? Any one know where the fuse is?

 

I am having the exact same problem! Did you end up finding a fix?

I also believe my problem is the wiring most likely as only one reverse light is out and I have tested the bulb on the other side and it lit up.

Also have not found out if there is separate fuses for each reverse light or just 1 for both left and right.

I this should get stickied, I had a look at my friends harness as well, he had 3 grounds completely severed and 2 more wires were stripped. I had 1 ground severed and 2 wires stripped. Problem is that the stripped wires create a short. I cant quite remember which fuse blew though, but I think it was behind the battery. Hope this is helpful.

 

Oh, you just have a reverse light out, yes this will work. My problem later progressed to not being able to start the car because it didnt know what gear it was in. For my reverse light, I just ran a grounding wire over to the working reverse light.
