Ebay headlights

Is this a direct fit without any modifications? Cutting your stock wires or anything?

What's with this sudden influx of everyone asking about these eBay headlights...?

They look cheap. IMO, anyway. I'd stay away from them, and just stick to your OEM headlights.

Wet sand with 1000, or even 1500 grit sand paper, polish them, and then spray paint them with clear coat.

Problem solved.

I'd rather my car look old, then ricey.

Either polish them, as said above, or spend a bit more and get some new 06+ headlights.

You're lucky you have a coupe. Just get the 06 headlights. Got those nice projectors. Wish I could do that with my sedan

You wetsand them because sometimes the oxidation is deeper than just the surface of the plastic.

You'll know you've gotten all the oxidation out of the plastic when you wetsand them. When you're sanding oxidized plastic, it'll come off in this sort of yellow, nasty-looking paste. That's little pieces of oxidation trapped in the water. Once you start seeing white paste, that's clean, un-oxidized plastic. Once you hit that point, then you seal the plastic with some kind of clear coat.

Tah-dah. No more yellow.

Trust me...I've done this on my car. One of my headlights was severely yellowed. It looks like brand new now.

I have that problem too...

the main surface of the lights are clean and clear, but when i put my lights on they glow around the edge (especially the bottom) in a yellowish/greenish color

Aaron one of the best mods we can make to our first gen G35s is the '06 Projector headlights. They're a plug and play install with the exception of swapping out the ballists. I found mine "New in the Box" for just over $400 on eBay....Good Luck!
