After a certain point.. headlights start to fog up on the INSIDE.. once that happens.. you're **** out of luck and you either have to just deal with it or get new headlights. No amount of sanding or buffing will fix that.

Bake the headlights, pull them apart, and clean them good. The yellowing on the inside is usually just a buildup of dirt, dust and moisture from years of use.

While you're at it, do a projector retro. Kill two birds with one stone.

Hmm I suppose I could try cleaning them, but a projector retro on headlights that old might be a bad idea. Better to get new headlights and do the retro.

Or to just get these or chrome or black along with an HID kit

A projector retro on headlights that old wouldn't hurt.

If anything, your wallet would thank you. If you can DIY a retrofit, it'll only cost about $200 total. Retrofits look a lot more difficult than they really are if you're even a small bit mechanically inclined.

Na........doing this you'll still have funky old headlights that will yellow/haze frequently. Best mod for first gen G35s is replacing your headlight with '06 projectors! You'll thank me the minute they're installed....I promise!

What? If you do a retrofit right the first time, you won't have funky, yellow old headlights that haze frequently. And you'll have an extra $200 or $300 to blow on another worthwhile mod.

If you do a TSX (or another bi-xenon projector) retrofit, not only will you have clear lense projectors (versus the frosted ones the G coupe came with), but also a good-looking projector cutoff, AND the capability to have quad high beams if you wire it up right.

yea go for ebay, avoid aftermarkets ones like depo not only are they poor quality you'll eventually get condensation and stuff, but also sometimes the projector shakes so you'll see you're light beam shaking it's annoying.
