Headlight removal help

First post

Maybe this is the wrong section to post in, but its regarding headlight removal. i got all the clips off and one of the bolts behind the wheel well out, the furthers one in i cant reach. I live in canada so the car is sitting in my garage right now waiting out the snow. Therefor the cars batter is out and the steering is locked. So im wondering if there is a way to turn off the steering lock so i can get to the bolt easier or if i have to power it up again. Thanks guys.

It's going to be a tight fit to get to the other bolt without being able to turn the wheel. You don't have one of those battery chargers so you can charge the battery for a bit just so you can get the car started and then turn the wheel? I mean, it's possible to remove the bolt without turning the wheel, but it's going to be tight as hell!!
