Matching low/high/fog 4300k on '05 Coupe

Hello, as the title suggests, I am trying to match the high/fog with the OEM 4300k d2r low beam. I know that I would be having to get the h4 bulbs, but I heard you would not be able to buy a simple plug and play bulb that will match the stock 4300k low beams. I heard I would have to get the h4 4300k HID kit to have identical match with the low and high.

If someone can confirm this, that would be great.

Thanks!

I am not sure where you live, but if it rains much you don't want to match the stock bulbs. Blue / very white light is hard to see in the rain.

Los Angeles as of right now.. not too much rain.. I think it will be okay. Cosmetically more satisfying.
