Unhappy Clearance Strip and Interior lights not working! HELP!

So I was installing an LED strip that takes 12V . I put them in the clearance strip and as soon as I plugged in the second LED strip I think it shorted. I also noticed that the interior lights of the A/C controls and Clock are out as well. Does anyone know how to fix this? And does anyone know how many volts the Clearance strip can take?

I did check the fuses today but non of them look like they're blown. Do you know which fuse controls those lights?

Fuses haha. That's my gut. I would actually pull all the fuses and check them individually. Hope you didn't short out your bcm.

I really hope it's just fuses. I will recheck all the fuses on Saturday. Also, is every slot for the fuses supposed to be filled (I noticed no fuses were ever in the BCM fuse slot - in the fuse box next to the battery)? If the BCM shorted, wouldn't I have a problem with all my other lights too?

So it's dark out here in Atlanta now and I noticed that my tail lights are also out which is a hazard. I did a little more searching and found this thread and I really hope this fuse solution works and that it's not the BCM. https://g35driver.com/forums/faq-diy...dont-work.html
