Glovebox light won't turn off!?

As the title states, it only turns off when the cars off but when it's on I can see through the little slit at the top (when the glove box is closed) that it's lit up in there and is always on. Anybody else have this problem?

Even if your cars' engine is off, but if your headlights are on, the glove box light will stay on. Make sure your headlights are completely off first.

Cover the light with some electrical tape. Problem solved.

there's no switch on the Gs the light stays on. There is a write up on how make the glove box close tighter so you cant see the light through the gap.

Yeah I noticed its in sync with the headlights. So pressure switch isn't bad. Figured this was normal since it's always been like that. Thanks guys

My glovebox isn't overly-open or loose. I just wanted to make sure whether it's normal or not for the light to be on when closed.
