Possibly headlight ballast

So this happened tonight, on it's own of course... I'm guessing a bad headlight ballast since my light has been flickering on and off for about a month?

I doubt that it is the ballast, if you have time put the good bulb on that side to test. I am pretty certain your ballast is fine.

usually a bulb with start doing that when its about to fail
