Leaking rear lights, tail light seal?

I have a 2003 G35 sedan (2003.0 not 2003.5 if it matters) that I recently bought. I noticed condensation in all the rear lights, and even standing water in the left rear brake light. I figured it may need new seals as they could be as old as 13 or 14 years old (02/02 build date.)

I tried searching both Google and the forum but had no luck finding any answer to my question: Do these cars use a seal like a most conventional cars? Or does it use another method to seal the light? If they do use another method to seal what would be involved in making the lights leak free again?
