That link is dead. I believe the site you were talking about is http://www.autolumination.com/ and yes they do have LED's for the map lights. They are listed under festoon bulbs. I have them in my G.

 

i got same blue LED bulbs for step light and map light..
im not sure that it is ok or not-_-
but..im using those without problem...^^

actually..i can read stuff...-_-but..bulbs change everything to blue color..
and im posting bulbs pic together...right bulb(6 LED) is one that im using right now..left bulb(4 LED) is one that i used..but i didn't like it..
im using same bulb(6 LED) for step light..

 

Hows the Brightness on the blue lights? Can i actully use them to see things or is it just there to look good.

Anyone know what size the step lights are? Is it also T-6?

 

a friend of mine has the blue lights. its pretty hard to see things under his lights, but it does look cool! i would say that they are mostly for looks. i believe the doors use the same bulb as the map lights.

 

but arent the doors covered by a piece of clear red plastic lens? so no matter wut color the bulb is, wouldnt it shine red no matter what?

 

i think that red lens is reflector...isn't it???

 

i have been looking for blue bulbs for the step lights...........limeg35 where did you get them?>??? can you give me a link or something? Here is a picture of my map lights.

hey chanycrazy where did you order those from? and do they have white leds? i have white leds right now and they look good (white with blue shine to them) but they are a lil too dim for reading anything.

on the door the red reflector is not lit by a bulb.
